Our story
Ember & Oak started as a pop-up with a single wood grill and a stubborn idea: that fire makes everything better. Five years later, the idea hasn't changed — the room just got nicer.
We source from eleven South Carolina farms and butcher whole animals in-house. Nothing frozen, nothing rushed.
